I want a man that loves God more than me

In this blog post your going to be talking about the subject – of I want a man that loves God more than me. What exactly does this statement mean. The statement simply means that the man of God that you go after must love God, the following ways. This this is not exclusive, but is some of the main points.
The man of God must love God first. How do you know if the man of God loves God first? Is he quick to forgive? Does he study the word of God? Because truly the only way you get to know God is to spend time with our heavenly father. This the man of God that you're seeking after does he have these traits?
How does he treat others? Is he quick to get angry? Is he relaxed and low-key and is very humble?
By truly wants to give you the desires of your heart and truly the man of God that you go after must have the above traits. I want a man that loves God more than me is a great desire and God wants to honor that for you in your life.
To the outside listener, that might sound totally strange and maybe even completely inappropriate. You might think we’re having marital problems or settling for a mediocre relationship.
But for us, that thought makes complete sense in light of our personal relationships with God, through Jesus Christ.
My husband John loves God even more than he loves me. And I love God even more than I love my husband. It’s always been that way. And my prayer is that it always will be.
Our individual relationships with God trump our relationship with one another. And in my sincere opinion, that is the very truth that keeps our marriage alive, strong and complete.
OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD IS THE SUPERNATURAL RELATIONSHIP THAT POURS INTO US SO WE CAN POUR INTO EACH OTHER.
That is so awesomethat these two have this awesome relationship with God first. No other way that you can only look at it . There's no other way to look at it because God's love is so awesome
You see, for as many great days we have in marriage, there are also days when we simply don’t feel so great—days when each of us don’t feel like loving or giving or forgiving. We feel hurt. We feel selfish. We may even feel that we’ve been wronged.
It is so awesome this couple has the forgiving spirit. There's a lot of couples that don't forgive one another and this can lead to even further problems in a relationship and even marriages.
In our humanity, we want to run, we want to hide, we want to get revenge. But in those moments, something greater takes over.
Because those are the very days when our relationship with God becomes the anchor for our love, holding us in place. Our relationship with God is the supernatural relationship that pours into us so we can pour into each other.
As Christians, we believe that when we enter into relationship with God, we’re filled with His Spirit. It’s that Spirit that breeds in us the qualities we need for a healthy life, and in turn, a healthy marriage.
According to the bible, the qualities of God’s spirit being poured out in a person’s life are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness and self-control. As a professional counselor, I can tell you that those are the exact qualities you need to have a thriving relationship.
I love these fruits of the spirit, because truly each one is very important. Love is so important's number one.

What do I look for in a Christian single man

As a Christian single woman you may be asking what do I look for in a Christian single man. This is a question that were going to be exploring in the following article.
Many Christian singles think that what they are seeking in a life partner is very different from what secular singles are seeking in a partner. Wrong! Apart from Christian values and celibacy before marriage, what the secular guy is wanting in a woman is no different from the single believer. Read on to find out how you can find your Christian life partner with the same beliefs as yourself.
Single men are seeking an attractive, slim woman, who is healthy and active. He has wanted the same thing for thousands of years. He wants a woman who will procreate and to be able to do that, she must be healthy and look healthy by having clear skin, shiny hair, clear eyes, good teeth and of course she must be within a healthy weight range.
When he is past the procreation stage in life, he doesn’t turn around and say “now I can go for unhealthy looking women”. He always remains attracted to healthy looking women.
What do Christian single women want? Of course singleChristian women want a single Christian guy with the same Christian values as themselves,

Women, if you’re anything like me, you’ve probably heard things like “you’re just too intimidating to guys” or “you have too strong of opinions” or “men don’t want smart, strong women like you.” If you haven’t heard these things, I’m so glad for you. Comments like these seem to suggest that it’s wrong to be a strong woman, or that it’s looked down upon to be brave, opinionated, outspoken, or well-educated.
The alternative is weak women. Even just writing those words together makes me cringe. Is that what we really want in our society today? Really? Is that what Christian men should be desiring?
Paul Maxwell asks the same question: “Do we want women to be weak? And the answer must forever be, on the basis of Scripture, ‘May it never be.’ Strong women are as vital as strong men to God’s purpose in the church.”
It’s not just because I’m a woman that I agree with him. When I read the stories of women in the Bible, I don’t see weakness. I don’t see women being quiet or holding back or living in fear. I see women like Mary humbly and bravely giving their lives for the will of the Lord, saying “May your word to me be fulfilled.”

Have you been praying to God for a Christian husband? There are probably many ways for you to find him—but according to Proverbs 18:22—he’s supposed to find you! This allows for your full and complete focus on God to lead the right man to you. Not the perfect man, but the one who is perfect for you.
So what happens when he shows up? Other than seeking wise counsel from godly men and women, you need to be prayerful and discerning. The following character traits are meant to be a guideline not a legalistic rule (grace, grace, and more grace!). How does this potential husband demonstrate the following traits?

His love for God

“This is love for God: to keep his commands” (1 John 2:16)
Is his passion for God first and foremost evident in his life or is it just a colorful background in his busy life? You are compelled to serve God with all your heart because of the love that He has shown you through salvation. You want a husband who shares your same intensity. His capacity to love you as Christ loves the church will diminish if his love for God is weak from the beginning.

What do I look for in a Christian single man has been the title of this article. And most important this man must have a deep love for God and this is going to be demonstrated on the way that he treats other people.

Where is the best place to meet a Christian single man

You may be asking tonight where's the best place to meet a Christian single man who loves Jesus with all of his heart and who is sincere in his relationship with God. As a Christian single woman finding a man that truly loves Jesus, may be a challenge. There are many places that you might typically think of that Christian singles would be.

Some of the places may be at your local Christian singles group at your local church or maybe even the local Starbucks. You may even have a lady friend who is married and her husband might have some friends that he might be willing to introduce you to.

I would just ask God to direct your path in your desire to find a mate and that made being a Christian single man who loves God with all of his heart and who wants to fulfill the Scripture, he that finds a wife find is a good thing and obtain his favor of the Lord.
"Christian Boy Meets Christian Girl" (WORLD, June 4, 2011) examined the confusion among Christian young men and women concerning relationships. It became the most-read article on worldmag.com last year, and many readers sent me letters based on their experiences. Here, for Valentine's Day, are excerpts from some:
"My college friends and I didn't date. ... Many had that fear in the back of our heads that if we didn't find the one during college, we never would. Then we found the perfect solution: We graduated. We and dozens of our friends found great Christian men who, outside of the pressures of the Christian college dating scene, confidently pursued us and asked us out, knowing that it might not work out. In most cases, it did, because we finally had a healthy perspective on dating-which was to follow God's leading, and not the long lists of expectations we discussed in 'dorm Bible studies.'... Perhaps the advice for these young Christians is: Don't think so hard (I know I needed the same advice) and don't read too many books on Christian dating. Let God take care of the orchestration in His perfect time."
I understand how easily we can slip into such an approach to sexuality and singleness, yet it isn't very well attuned to human nature or even all that biblical. People don't achieve something by focusing on what they're avoiding.
Now, to be very clear, I believe the sexual standard God calls us to is the self-control of abstinent singleness and faithful, self-giving monogamy within marriage. But the race is run looking forward — no matter how badly you ran the last mile. Paul said it was by "forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead" that he pursued his goal, "the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus."
I know he loves me, I just wish he’d treat me better sometimes.
Maybe it’s not the best relationship, but what’s the alternative? No one else is asking me out.
What if I can’t find anyone better? At least I’m not alone.
Ever had these thoughts about someone you are dating? I’ve been there. Too many of my friends are finding themselves there now too. I can’t say that I’m an expert on relationships, but if there is one thing that I feel like God taught me during my dating years (and it took about three years too many for me to learn this) it is that you should never settle for less than God’s best.
I’ve read many books about relationships and Christian dating.
Often Christian girls are told that their role in dating is simply to wait to be pursued. They are led to believe that there is nothing women can or should do to improve their dating life. Just have faith and wait on God’s timing. Whatever you do, “don’t chase boys!” Recently I read a church singles blog that went so far as to shame a girl for “taking matters into her own hands” simply because she wanted to tell a guy that she liked him.
In many ways there was a lot I and other single girls like about this myth: I have no responsibilities. I don’t have to take any risks. I just need to be myself and God will ensure someone will notice me. And being shy means that I am a ‘good’ Christian girl.
However, for me, as the years passed, I wondered if this was true. Was it biblical to simply wait and pray? It seemed that in every other area of life God requires my active participation. Finding a job, making friends, doing ministry, and going to seminary all required me to take some action. So why was dating any different? If I did something beyond praying and waiting, did that mean I was taking over for men and sinfully thwarting God’s design for marriage?
